Metric was formed in 2007 following the merger of two successful complementary businesses, in order to establish a national full service maintenance provider to the Australian retail fuel sector and provide a platform for market leadership and continued growth.

To achieve this, Metric partnered with the RI Industrial Services Fund which provides expansion capital to industrial services and maintenance businesses operating in Australia and the Asia Pacific.  The RI Industrial Services Fund is managed by the specialist asset management division of RI Group, an independent wealth management and advisory business with offices in Melbourne, Australia and Beijing, China.

Our shareholders are long term wealth creation partners who actively work with senior management on corporate and business strategies, growth and profitability initiatives, and financial management.
