Gardenside is the second building in a three-stage residential apartment development, Sandy Hill, in the popular bayside suburb of Sandringham. Metric Melbourne was engaged to provide a full suite of strategic marketing management services for this large scale campaign.

Metric was responsible for developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy, creating a new brand, designing and managing the delivery of all marketing tools, and setting up the onsite display suite.
